Tennis Score Keeper WatchOS App

Updated for Tennis - Score Keeper 2.0

Peter Stahl values his user’s privacy. This privacy policy will help you understand how he collects and uses personal information from those who use the app “Tennis Score Keeper WatchOS” (Further referred to as TSK), and what he will and will not do with the information he collects to ensure those affiliated with TSK of his commitment and realization of our obligation not to only meet, but to exceed most existing privacy standards.

Information He Collects-

No Personal Information

The only information I am able to see is number of purchases and what country the purchase was made from provided by the Apple App Store. No identifying information, use information, health information. Nothing else other than how many people and from what country.

This application is stand alone. All data is stored in the memory of the watch and personal IOS device. No data is transmitted.

Your health information is one of the most private aspects you have, and Tennis – Score Keeper respects that while also providing health parameters that honestly, I like having when I play. Apple Health App is integrated with the score keeper, and all information is kept within your personal health app, guarded by your device. Like all other aspects, no information is transmitted beyond your own devices though the cloud. (I as the developer has no access and there is no network connectivity with the app that can be accessed by anyone else)

You have the option to confirm the apps access to health parameters and allow the app to log “Tennis” as a workout activity to help you track it on all your IOS devices. If you choose, you can deny this access to any feature or parameter. You can also choose at any time to go into the Health App and remove access. Alternatively, you can deselect “Save Workout” within the app, so that you can view the health data without saving the workout. You have absolute control.

A circular status icon provides feedback of the status of the workout.

Yellow: ready to record.

Green: recording workout, and will save once workout is ended

Gray: workout will not be recorded

Red: Error… though probably won’t work even if there is one.

Unfortunately, I have no way of determining if you have authorized access to your health app or not (for your protection), so the icon will also light green if you have removed authorization, but you will also see no health info displayed in the App. At which point you can choose to deselect both “Show Health Info” and “Save Workout” in the app, to remove those items and use it as a score keeper exclusively.

Thank you very much for your support,

I too value my privacy, and don't want some score tracking app to see what I am up to. - Pete
